Special Day

When is the most special day in your life?

It's today.
No matter how many time I was asked this question, my answer is always the same.
Today can't exist without yesterday

so this afternoon, together with Hod and Audi, we had tea time there ^^v
me myself, for a total of 16 plates. and 1 plate of yam ice cream mochi dessert.
plus 1 ocha...

total is about $19.89 = > just round it up to $20 lor

New Canteen A: BROADWAY

what a funny name.

i think it's just like GREASE MUSICAL or sumthing... broadway huh?
from outside, it's called FOOD CONNECTION, presented by BROADWAY.
but inside, on the bowl (and i guess the plates as well), labelled BROADWAY.


anyway, here it is...

i looked around twice, but nothing interests me...
so i just simply choose having fishball noodles

it's $2.00
the portion is quite big... it is larger than the one at NUS's engineering canteen.
however... it's just so tasteless...

ratna said it smelled quite nice... but tasteless anyway.

i asked for chili but it didn't taste hot at all -_-"



now, it's time to view the canteen

located near LT 1 (above LT 1A), it's quite big.
one plus: there's aircon there.

the drinks n dessert stall.
i really wanted to have tepeng... but there's none of it...
i asked for it and it's 60 cents but too much water -_-" and it's just hot. simply adding bit of ice didn't help at all...



from all of this... surely i can say one thing:
I MISS THE OLD CANTEEN A


you can say it's not that clean
and it's VERY crowded during peak hours

for lunch... queued for 20 minutes, but ate only for 10 minutes... haha.

but it simply was better!!!


here... i found nothing interest me.
and the food quality maybe just so so...
another thing: it's quite expensive.

compared those to the old can a's chinese food...
by only $1.50, we were full already.
just add 40 cents of milo or tepeng... it's really FULL.

or the vege...
not the best, but simply worth it.

or the muslim food.
how i miss the sambal boiled eggs T-T

Well, maybe I'll be writing less in this blog, since this is an open blog and I will not express my feeling fully here!!!

So I've decided to modify my other old blog, Adagio in C Minor, to a diary xD

Finished watching Indiana Jones around 1.20 am at Cathay Cineplex :)

Then, after doing *nothing* just went straight back to Simei. Haha. I think it's around 2 am.
Had a supper of steamed rice, teri kacang n krupuk putih xD duhduhdudhuduhdudhudh... laper lagi, laper lagi.................................

Finished eating till around 2... talked and talked and talked, and prepared to sleep, and suddenly it's 5 am plus xD

Woke up again at 9.05 am... Could not get back to sleep liao o.O
So just talked and talked again till 11 am... Had lunch at Tampines, and here I am now, quite sleepy and sturky xD

[IA] Week 19, Day 2

This entry should be posted yesterday ;)

Yesterday I told my supervisor bout the crowded DSI, especially the cluster room, because of the new attachment students... 8 people in Optical & Crystal Lab 2 now -_-" how can I sit there and read and do my report calmly -_-"

In total... 30 sumthing. Only bout 6 or 7 on the 2nd floor... and that means LOTS and lots students on 3rd floor... =(

And she said:
"You don't need to be strictly in DSI.
Just do your report at NTU, at computer's lab, or at dorm.
The most important way is to be effective."

xD

Then:
"I don't care about the progress. I just want the result."

o.O walaoooo...

So this morning and afternoon, I just did my report here (yeah, I'm still sitting here!)...
from 9 am to 4 pm I've finished (well, can I say 'finished'?) chapter 3 and 4... Though a bit slacking in the middle... xD

Coz the deadline was at 6 pm o.O


Still, need to continue with the 3 other chapters... I'm just not in the mood -_-"

How can it be so effective, lol xD

Another HK Restaurant

Just had dinner with Christine at HK's in JP...

She liked the century egg porridge there and I think it's quite nice (although still cannot be comparable with the one at Somerset) :)

Anyway, here it is...

The menu... still in normal range $6 - $12


Dessert... That's the mango she ordered ^^

Mango *ice cream sumthin* and HK Milk tea with grass jelly
($3.30 and $4.00 respectively)

Cheese baked rice with fish fillet and white sauce, $8.80
quite nice, although it's not that tasty xD

Damage cost: $24.65 for two (mine is around $14.00)

Do you consider walking 3 km in 50 minutes a sport?

- Walking time: 50 minutes (up to my room)
- Walking speed: just my normal speed

Fact: I walk 1.6 km in 30 minutes.
So... 50 minutes, I guess it's about 3 km (or less) xD


Because I just missed the last bus by 17 minutes... haha.
So I tried to walk, and if I got tired in the middle, I'd just take a taxi.

But I'd just gotten tired in front of Hall 2!!! o.O (is it me who's crazy?)


And today, just now... I've just finished moving my things to the new room: 3B-06-10.

I just glided my fridge and 1 box of textbooks... For the other things... of course I just lifted them up by hands xD

And now I'm waiting for my roomate, Si Qi, who seems very clean and neat ^^v


(Guess I need to unpack my stuffs... and shift them up because she may not be able to dry her clothes in this arrangement o.O )

Finally, it's week 18 already. and that means... less than 2 weeks for my final report :)

And yet I still haven't done anything. Ohwell...


This afternoon, my supervisor gave lists of works to be done in the following week... T.T and that means that I cannot do my report beforehand... arrrhh x_X

I found one a kind-of-quite-nice black jacket at HR Zone... but ended up buying nothing -.-
My lunch at Food Republic... sumwhere near the fishball there.
since I don't like noodle soup... I just choose the only dry one -.-


Friday, 2nd of May

Just went to Plasing to had dinner; and next continued to Emerald Hill.

Dinner... pitan fried rice.
(I'm hungry again)


While going back to the MRT
