Dear Residents of Block 3E
I wish to inform you that your block will be used for temporary accommodations. The percentage of withdrawal by residents from your block during the vacation is more compared to the other blocks. Residents who have opted to stay beyond 15 May 2008 will have to be regrouped to other blocks. A circular together with a list of available vacancies in the other blocks will be sent to your room by today.
If you do not wish to be regrouped, you may fill in the withdrawal form which is stapled together with the letter.
Please submit either the form for regrouping or the withdrawal form to the Hall Office latest by Thursday, 10 April 2008. Thank you.
