FAQ
Q: Why do I need to submit my presentation material to you before the presentation date?
A: This will allow smooth transition on actual day without any fuss of uploading of materials. I am sure you do not wish to delay your lunch time.

Q: What if I need to change some information after I have already sent you a previous one?
A: You can send me an updated version anytime as long as I received it by 6pm on the day before presentation date.

Q: Why do I need to be at the Training Room so early before the presentation start?
A: The time is to let you familiarise with the environment and to run through your material to check that everything is in order.

Q: Can I use my own laptop?
A: You are not encouraged to use your own laptop, however, if you are running any special applications to aid your presentation, you may use your own laptop. Please test that your laptop is compatible with the system in TR and do a smooth transition during your turn

.Q: Can we do a group presentation?
A: Yes you may do so, especially if you are working on same or similar topics. If you are doing a two person group presentation, one of you may give the introduction to the project and the other can present the conclusion. However, during each of your presentation, it is advised that you touch on what/how you have contribute to the project.

Q: How would I know that I have exceeded my presentation time?
A: I will be sounding the bell during your presentation. One sound after 8-minute into the presentation and then two sound at the end of 10 minutes. Finish off whatever you can or jump to conclude your presentation. The trick is to rehearse your presentation beforehand to ensure a smooth and good presentation.

Please approach me if you have any other queries.

Regards
Winsome
